The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) that are coming into force on 25th May 2018..

The new rules are designed to keep your information safe. Harmonious Hounds has always taken your privacy seriously and supports this positive step towards increased data protection.

I am legally obliged to let you know that i keep the following information about you on a small Database, your name, address, telephone numbers, emails, dogs details and, as well as month and year I first made contact with you and date last visited you and your dog(s). This is so i can send you reminders and or if you contact me I have your records from previous rehabilitation treatments, training and consultations.

I also hold paper copies of your dog(s) assessment and treatment notes, and these are held for SEVEN years after your last appointment and are then disposed of by shredding.

If you OBJECT to me holding this information and contacting you by text or email beyond the 25th May 2018 please let me know and I will delete you from my lists.

Harmonious Hounds has never bought or sold private data or mailing lists and never will.
